We’ve got some great news! The Lutheran Center is road-tripping (or is it plane-tripping?) to Jacmel, Haiti from March 22 – 29. We will be primarily working at Wings of Hope, a thriving home for disabled young people, recently rebuilt in Jacmel and expanded to include a day school for disabled community children and lovely guest facilities.

In Haiti you’ll dive into the lives of people suffering from the worst poverty in the Western Hemisphere. You’ll get a real sense of the lived consequences of centuries of racist foreign policies driven by fear of one’s neighbor. Amidst it all, you will discover the beauty of Haitian people and culture. Click here to to register.

The full cost is $600 + flight. You will need to get immunizations immediately! Must have passport. Registration closes Fri, Feb 7. Talk to Pastor Adam if you have questions.
